That marked the beginning of a highly successful career. Supervised, managed and encouraged by her mother Ute von Platen, herself victorious in dressage competitions up to the advanced class, dressage became her life. This passion for horses influenced her choice of occupation. She begins an apprenticeship at the DOKR in Warendorf under the national coach Holger Schmezer and Christoph Hess. In the year 2000 she passes her final examination with top grades and is awarded the Stensbeck-Plakette.
